I just changed my cam chain tensioners on my 05 twin cam engine. Do I set my timing by setting top dead center off front or the rear cylinder?

Here is a video on finding TDC.



The timing would be set by aligning the timing marks on the gear sprockets and the cams. Check out this webpage for some pictures of the timing marks.
