New to this and fairly new to riding a Harley again. Had one in 78 then had to sell due to getting orders overseas. Did 24 yrs in USAF ,then finishing up raising family ,divorce, then married to high school sweetheart who likes riding got back into it last year.Bought 08 Heritage, because didn't know how it would feel with bad back and nerve damage due to helicopter crash when I was younger and it really getting to me being almost 60 now. We love it but going to get me an Ultra next year or possibly a trike so we are more comfy. They let me work on multi million dollar acft, but I can hardly do anything on these new bikes. You all will probably see a lot of posts from me with questions, well I hope you don't but if I do I know where to come for answers.

Welcome to the HDBitchin family!

Well we have two things in common, we both like H-D motorcycles and we both work on multi million dollar aircraft (Avionics Engineer).

Hi Toby,
Welcome to Bitchin' from England.
Nothing wrong with your choice of riding a Heritage, I hear that all of the good lookin' fellers choose them! ;)
Cheers
