This 64 1/2 belongs to the wife of the guy of the red mustang. It was redone about 15 years ago also and never driven and only ran one time and it ran bad. So we are to get it running and driving.

I like that it still has the origanal 260 V8 and not modified

Nice Mustang! Ford had a great car with their Mustang those early years. They were even affordable.

Yes they were. We think of them as muscle car but almost all of them we economy 6 cyl. Vehicles. The 60 were a good time for auto design.

My 71 was a 6 cylinder with a 3 speed on the floor. It was a great car but my favorite was the 67 that I had with a V8.

My cousin had a 69 Mach1 with a 351 4 speed that was a fun car. The nicest mustang I have been in is a friends older brothers friend had a 69 Boss 429 hemi mustang that was one fast car. One day we were cruising around Lake Washington and a coo pulled us over to take a look and he must have got on his radio as a result we got pulled over 4 more times in 15 min. Either that or we just looked like we were up to no good.

This 60 Impala came in  today for a little work, I am not a big fan of big wheels on classic cars but its still a nice ride.
this pick the suspension is all the way up to get it off the flat bed so it looks as little funny

here we have the suspension set at a more normal ride height

athough the Impala did not come with a 409 until 61 it looks nice in this 60

The interior is nice

this car has not been restored and has some paint issues but is a nice almost everyday driver for the customer

This 66 came in to get it running correctly,

it has a few aftermarket oddity's like the turn signals mounted on the top of the fenders.

I have seen one other mustang with a counsel like the one that is in this car, I am not sure if it is aftermarket or a special option, Maybe some one on here that know Mustang's can
answer that. As you can see it has the dealer installed A/C that is rare on a 6 cyl car

If some one knows what this is that is mounted on the fender I would appreciate it, my guess is that it is that it auto headlamp dimming ?

it also has a spot light for some reason

That is one different Mustang, for sure. I think your right about the dimming thingy on the fender, even a Mopar guy like me can see that the center console has to be aftermarket. No one back then thought about cup holders. If that is a 200 six, I had one in my 64 Fairlane 500. Strong motor, for what it is. As always, thanks for sharing.
