Here is a good short video showing the old spring loaded tensioners and the wear that a bike will see with these tensioners. It also shows the new upgrade kit to hydraulic type.

This video kind of puts it all together and covers the old spring tensioners that were in the 1999 thru 2006 Twin Cam motors and then covers briefly the hydraulic tensioner upgrade and the gear/chain drive upgrade.
